Product Manager (d/f/m)

  • Berlin (Zentrale), Berlin

Gemeinsame Sache machen für eine selbstbestimmte Pflege!

Making common cause for self-determined care!

We are kenbi and we want to digitalise care through innovative actions that combine technology, humanity and family friendliness.

We know that only satisfied caregivers can provide the best care. That’s why we invest in modern structures, in technology, in self-determination and in innovative forms of cooperation, in order to be able to create better working conditions and to free up our caregivers so that they have more time to spend on what’s important: people.

Join us at kenbi as we grow our Product team. At kenbi, we empower our product teams with the autonomy to address both user-centric and business-related challenges. Our approach is centred around cross-functional collaboration, typically involving a product manager, a product designer, a tech lead, and several engineers, all dedicated to continuously enhancing our product portfolio. This ensures not only the efficiency and quality of our services but also the success and satisfaction of our care providers.

For our headquarters in Berlin, we are looking for a Product Manager (d/f/m). Despite our rapid growth, we maintain our startup spirit, offering you a significant impact on our projects and the opportunity to manage various aspects of the product rather than being confined to a narrow scope.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Collaborate with our VP of Product to develop and enhance tech-enabled services, focusing on pragmatic solutions for our teams.

  • Work alongside a cross-functional team to accurately define and prioritize problems, effectively manage the product backlog, craft and maintain product roadmap, and ensure its alignment with strategic objectives and user requirements.

  • Conduct comprehensive market research, competitor analysis, and user interviews to inform data-driven decision-making processes.

  • Develop detailed business cases, define clear solutions and success metrics to guide project trajectories.

  • Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous optimization.

  • Lead project and stakeholder management initiatives to ensure strategic alignment and foster effective communication across all development phases.

Was du mitbringen solltest

  • You possess a solid understanding of business processes, functional dependencies, and project management principles.

  • You have at least 6 months of relevant experience, possibly as an intern or working student, in project or product management, or in a related business role, you are ready to take the next step in your career.

  • You are curious. A natural problem solver. You focus on addressing the issue at hand, employing technology as a means to an end rather than the end itself.

  • Distinguished by your empathy for users, customer-centric approach, and ability to make economically sound decisions, you stand out in the field.

  • Your excellent communication skills are matched by strong analytical capabilities, a proactive attitude, and a creative approach to problem-solving.

  • Capable of engaging effectively in both small and large group settings across different organizational levels, you are a skilled communicator.

  • Driven by solutions, you are ready to take full ownership of your decisions and are committed to going the extra mile when necessary.

  • Your organized, methodical, and systematic approach to work enables you to manage complex tasks efficiently.

  • Fluent in both English and German (C1-C2 level), you are equipped to communicate effectively in our diverse and multicultural environment.

Was wir bieten

    • A meaningful activity for a company that is rethinking outpatient care, looking for innovative solutions and not shying away from unconventional approaches

    • A great team culture

    • Central office in Prenzlauer Berg as well as regular team events

    • 30 days vacation

    • Flexible working hours and mobile working (after a few months onsite onboarding)

    • Company cell phone and company laptop

    • Small team with flat structures and quick decision-making processes as well as project based work

    • Employee discounts for various brands (e.g. for travel, fashion, services and technology)

    • And if you like dogs (or have one yourself), even better: we are friendly to furry friends and welcome the furry new team members here too

Note on application:

Kenbi is committed to not only transforming care, but also transforming and improving our society. That’s why we’re proud to offer a multicultural and diverse work environment where racism, sexism and any kind of discrimination have no place. We welcome all applicants who share these values with us.
